1. After reviewing these insturctions click on the "Go To Blue Shield" button at the bottom of this page to be taken directly to Blue Shield of California Website.

2. A new browser window will open and you will be taken to a screen looks similar to this.

You will need to enter in some simple information click on the REGISTER button . Rembember, because the new Federal law pertaining health care privacy, HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) all the information you enter will be kept in completely confididential.

3. After you register, you can immedaitely apply for insurance. If you do not want to apply, but just get information on health plans, participating physicians and general health information, close the new browser window. You will be taken back to this page.

4. Click the above "Go To Blue Shield" button again and you will see.

You can now click on the My Home link for information on plans and benefits.

6. Click now on the "Go To Blue Shield" below to be taken directly to Blue Shield of California.
